This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Auny LLC, a New York limited liability company that operates aunysillyme.com and the AunySillyMe brand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information of individuals ("you," "your") who access or use the website located at aunysillyme.com (the "Site") and any related services, products, or communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

- d. Scheduling Information. Name, email, and appointment details collected through our scheduling provider (Calendly) when you book a consultation.
- e. Internet and Usage Data. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
- f. Advertising and Conversion Data. When you interact with our X (Twitter) ads or take an action after clicking, the X Ads pixel collects event and cookie data used to measure ad performance, and limited conversion data is shared with X.
3. How We Use Your Information

Our current service providers include Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Beehiiv (email/newsletter), Google Analytics (analytics), X / Twitter (advertising and conversion tracking), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising and conversion measurement (including the X Ads pixel), and Site functionality. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly as a result.
