Refund & Return Policy

This site is operated by Auny LLC, a New York limited liability company that operates the AunySillyMe brand. In this policy, "I", "me", and "my" refer to Auny LLC.

1. Consulting Calls

Because my time is reserved for you personally, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Full refund eligible — you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. Use the Calendly link in your confirmation email to cancel.
  • No refund — cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, no-shows, or requests after the call has taken place are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, you can do so through Calendly at any time (subject to availability). Rescheduling does not trigger a refund or fee.

2. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are instantly delivered and accessible upon purchase, I am unable to offer refunds once the download or access has been provided.

Exception: if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, email me within 7 days and I will make it right.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

I am a real person and I get it, life happens. If something unexpected comes up on your end, reach out before your call and we will figure it out together. I handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis and always try to be fair.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), email [email protected] with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
