1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of aunysillyme.com and the purchase of any services or digital products offered here.

This site is operated by Auny LLC, a New York limited liability company that operates aunysillyme.com and the AunySillyMe brand. In these terms, "I", "me", and "my" refer to Auny LLC. By booking a call or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

2. Services Offered

I offer:

• 1-on-1 Consulting Calls — strategy sessions on content strategy, branding, newsletter setup, X ads, AI workflows, and more.
• Digital Products — templates, guides, and other downloadable resources.

3. Payment & Booking

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. After completing checkout, you will be directed to Calendly to schedule your call. Payment is required in full before a call is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your call through the Calendly link in your confirmation email. Please see the Refund Policy for details on what qualifies for a refund. I reserve the right to reschedule in the event of an emergency, with prompt notice to you.

5. No Guarantee of Results

I provide strategy, guidance, and education based on my experience. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, growth in followers, revenue, or any other metric, as results depend on your effort, niche, timing, and many other factors outside my control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during calls, in digital products, and on this site is the intellectual property of Auny LLC unless otherwise stated. You may use what you learn for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce my materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auny LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or digital products. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Most disputes are resolved by binding arbitration (through the American Arbitration Association) on an individual basis rather than in court, which means no class actions. You can still bring an individual claim in small-claims court. See the full version for the complete details.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of my services after updates means you accept the new terms.
