Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") governs purchases made through aunysillyme.com from Auny LLC, a New York limited liability company that operates the AunySillyMe brand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Consulting Calls
Because consultation time is reserved exclusively for you, the following applies:
- Eligible for full refund: cancellations or reschedule requests made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Not eligible for refund: cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment, no-shows, and requests made after the consultation has occurred.
Rescheduling through the Company's scheduling provider (Calendly), subject to availability, does not constitute a cancellation and does not trigger a refund or fee.
2. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase, the Company does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once access or download has been made available.
Limited exception. If a verifiable technical defect prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, you must notify the Company within seven (7) days of purchase, and the Company will provide access or a comparable remedy.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
The Company may, in its sole discretion, accommodate genuine exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such accommodation is not a waiver of this Policy and does not establish a precedent or obligation for future requests.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact the Company first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company may be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where eligible, email the Company at [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York and should be read together with the Company's Terms of Service.
