what the system looks for from a small account

Posting without interaction gives it nothing to work with. Conversations do.

the 2-week system

1. find 5 relevant, high-quality accounts Not celebrity accounts. Same niche, posting daily, real comment sections, an audience you want in your replies. Pick accounts slightly bigger than you.

2. reply thoughtfully to 3 of their posts, daily Not "nice post" energy. Add context, share a short experience, expand their idea, or ask a smart follow-up. No emoji-only replies, no generic praise, no copy-paste. Ask yourself: would you stop scrolling to read this?

3. post once a day, in your niche Something you learned. A mistake you made. A simple tip. A clear opinion. A short framework. Posting > not posting, and it's the originals that qualify for the boost.

4. engage with every reply you get Within the first hour if you can. Ask a follow-up. Keep it human, not motivational. This is where compounding starts.

5 accounts · 3 replies each · 1 post a day · engage back every time. Two weeks, then read your reach.

borrow attention without being annoying

You don't have distribution yet, so you borrow it. Pick 10 accounts: ↓ 3 big (100k+) ↓ 4 mid (10k to 100k) ↓ 3 small (1k to 10k)

Daily: reply early, leave one useful thing, write like a human not a resume. And the real prize under the big accounts is the humans in their comments (blog 4).

People don't follow potential. Rotate: ✦ teach something small (a fast win) ✦ show something real (behind the scenes, a lesson, a mistake) ✦ ship something useful (a template, a checklist, a prompt)

Only "value" and you're a robot. Only "personal" and you're background noise. Mix both.

invite without begging

Don't say "follow for more." Say what they'll get:

Text makes you look smart. Your voice makes people trust you. Join 1 to 2 Spaces a day, small rooms first. When you speak: an observation, the reason, your take. Don't monologue, don't trauma dump, don't repeat what 5 people already said.

Almost nobody replied with an opinion. They replied with a name, and the specific thing that 4k-follower account taught them that nobody with 400k ever did.

A big account is optimized for one thing: getting seen by strangers. A small account has no reason to write for strangers, so it writes for the dozen people already paying attention. Narrower, weirder, more specific. That specificity is what you have that the big accounts gave up. Don't trade it for reach before you've built the people.
